THIS DEED OF INDEMNITY BOND is made on this the ______    day of  ________ month ___________ year.

                                                                                   A N D

 

____________________________ (Name of Company) H.O. __________ (Name of Place) and its project office at _____________________________(Address with pin code, P.O, P.S,District and State) India as SECOND PART.

 

That the company awarded work of ERECTION & PAINTING WORK for _________________ (Name of place) vide Work Order No. – _____________, Dated on _____________ and the Contractor has signed the terms and conditions laid down under the same this document is apart and parcel of the above referred Work Order.

 

As per the terms and conditions relating to the compliance of various labour laws for Contracting period in the above referred Work Order, the contractor has agreed to comply the provisions of all labour laws applicable from time to time.

 

The Contracting party is the contractor moved by the sentiments of justice and humanity as well as by desire to secure the permanent peace and tranguility in and amongst the Labour Community, agree and undertake to the followings :-

 

            1.       I hereby expressly undertake to bound by all provisions of the contractor labour (Regulation & Abolition)                                  Central Rules, 1971 framed there under.  Inter state Migrant Workman Act, Minimum Wages Act, payment of                          Wages Act, Workmen Compensation Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Provident Fund and Miscellaneous                                      Provisions Act, 1952 and scheme/Rules framed there under and all other labour laws, applicable from time to                        time and/or all the subcontractor engaged to carry out the awarded work on Company’s at site.

 

2.       I Further undertake to comply with the stipulation relating to various labour laws as per the agree conditions              of work order under the heading labour laws as applicable currency or amended from time to time in terms                with the mandatory requirements imposed by the statutory Bodies functioning under the relevant labour                    Legislation.

 

3.       I further undertake to furnish the details as and when required on the prescribed format (Annexure-2) in case of any accident which may result including fatal accidents.

 

            4.       I have read and undertake the guide lines relating to labour Laws compliance an applicable to contract labour                        issued by the company and I hereby expressly undertake to comply with the requirements under aforesaid                            guide lines from the Commencement to the completion of contract work.

 

            5.       I further undertake (including my subcontractors) to indemnity the Company for the all time from all the                                    litigations/disputes/claims accrued.  Out of this contract work I also undertake to abide by all the                                              status/rules/regulations of any statutory body.

 

            6.       I further declare that as per the articles of the Associations of the company/Partnership Deed/Proprietorship                          documents, I am authorised to  furnish this undertaking and the Contractor shall be bound by these                                        stipulations herewith contained and so will be the subcontractor.
