INDEMNITY BOND FOR THE PURPOSE TO CLAIM DEATH-CUM-RETIREMENT GRATUITY MONEY FROM THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES OF RAILWAY DEPARTMENT

3) And whereas the said principal children claim to be one of heirs/to be the sold heirs of the said late ________________________________.

4) There as the said minors acting through the said principal obliged claim to be one heirs of the said late _________________________.

5) Whereas the Railway Administrator agreed to pay the sum of Rs. _______________ only to _________________________________ towards a claim for the payment of Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity claimed for the payment of Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity by the Principal obligor or his own behalf and on behalf of the aforesaid minor of the deceased in respect of D.C.R.G. for the period of the quite on ________________ by the deceased the principal and the sureties execution bond to indemnity the Railway Administration against all claims in respect of such payment condition.

6) Now the condition of the above written bond or obligation is such that if after payment of the said sum of Rs.__________________ to above bounder principals aforesaid and claims to be made by any other persons against the Railway Administration in respect of such D.C.R.G of other money payable in respect thereof. The above bounder principal and the sureties to shall forthwith refund to the Railway administration the said sum of Rs. __________________ on or otherwise indemnity bond keep indemnified the Railway Administration against persons claiming through and against all losses, damages, costs, charges, and expenses and proceedings and claims and demand whatsoever to which the Railway Administration or be or they is or are or shall or any become subject or liable or the made against or any of them by or on behalf of any person whatsoever from an account of the payment to the above bounder principal and the principals and the sureties shall also refund to the Railway Administration any sum that may be found to have been over and when the necessary Vouchers, Papers and documents have been duly.

7) Provided always that the liability of the sureties of them hereunder shall not be impaired or discharge by reason of time being granted or for any forbearance act or omission of the Railway Administration where her with or without consent of knowledge of the sureties nor shall it is necessary for the Railway Administration to sue the principal party before Suring the sureties or either of them for the amount due hereunder.
