D E C L A R A T I O N

We, Sri _______________, son of ______________ and ____________, wife of _________________, both residing at ________________________ (Address with pin code, P.S, P.O and District), do hereby solemnly declare and affirm as follows :-

1. That _____________, aged about _____ years _____ Months whose date of birth is _________ is/was our son/daughter.

2. That our son/daughter ________________ has involved in so many unsocial activities and does not obey us in any manner and we can not tolerate his activities/modes-operandi any more. Few days back he had invloved himself/herself in love affirs with a boy/girl name _____________, S/D of ___________ of __________________ (Name of place and city) and both of them ran away from their house and this fact was reported to ______________. However, after the intervention of local friends, the matter was mutually settled.

That Keeping in view the activities of our son/daughter ____________, we both have decided firmly that from today we shall not treat him as our son and he shall not be allowed to stay with us in our house any more.

That today evening at about ______ PM our son/daughter has left the house saying that he also does not want to keep any relation with us.

That due to his activities and misbehave it has become impossible for us to keep him with us.

That as such we with the consent of all our family members have decided to declare him as our LIENSON (Tajyaputra/ Tajyaputri) & hence forth he shall have no claim in our any moveable or immoveable properties. As such _____________ is hereby declared as our LIENSON (TAJYAPUTRA/ TAJYAPUTRI) from our family from today.

That under the circumstances stated above from today ________ is no more our son and has no relation whatsoever with us or with any of our relatives.

That from today we are not responsible in any manner for any activities of ___________ who is not our son/daughter any more.

That we further declare and deprive our son/daughter _____________ not to attend our Funaral Ceremoney not to perform the job of ‘MUKHAGNI’ after our death.
