INDEMNITY GIVEN TO BANK FOR ISSUE OF A DUPLICATE BANK DCR

NOW the condition for the above Written Bond or Obligation is such that if the said Bank its Successors and assigns and its Directors and Servant and Officers and Shareholders and their respective Estates and effect are and shall from time to time and at all times hereafter kept safe and save harmless and indemnified against any claim arising out of said DRC and to have been lost or miscarried against all action, losses, costs, charges, expenses and demands whatsoever the said Bank may suffer on account of the DRC then and in such case the above Written Bond on Obligation shall be void otherwise the same shall remain in full force and virtue.
