WHEREAS Sri/Smt. ___________, Sri/Smt. ____________ and Sri/Smt. ____________ __________ daughters of ________________ have released, relinguished, extinguished their right, title and interest in all the immovable and movable properties left by their father/mother _______________ in favour of their father/mother and five brothers/sisters as named above.

WHEREAS thus Donors hereof i.e. 1. SRI/SMT ________________, Son/Daughter/Wife of _________________, 2. _________________, 3. ____________________, 4. __________________ and 5. __________________ all sons/daughters of _____________________ became the owner of land and ______ storied building having ________ share each as described in the schedule below having permanent heritable and transferable right, title and interest therein free from all encumbrances and charges whatsoever.

WHEREAS Donors hereof thus became the owner of land and _____ storied building having the _____ share each in land measuring ____________ acre with ______ storied building standing thereon as fully described in the schedule below and as quoted with Red border lines in the plan or map annexed herewith forming part of these presents (hereinafter referred to as “ BELOW SCHEDULED LAND THREE STORYED BUILDING” for the sake of brevity) and thereby the Donors hereof acquired permanent, heritable and transferable right, title and interest therein, free from all encumbrances and charges whatsoever.

WHEREAS the Donee is the nearest and dearest relation of the Donors hereof and one of the Donors is father/mother of Donee and other Donors are the brother/sister of Donee and the Donors has deep love and affection for the Donee, and in consideration of such deep love and affection which the Donors has for the Donee, the Donors has decided to make absolute Gift of his said below scheduled land and _______ storied building as described in the schedule below unto and in favour of the Donee who has also agreed to accept the said Gift.

NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that in pursuance of the aforesaid desire and decision of the Donors and in consideration of deep love and affection which the Donors has for the Donee, the Donors, out of their free will and without any fear fraud, coercion, pressure or undue influence from any body whomsoever, DOTH hereby give, grant, bestow upon and transfer by way of absolute Gift his (Donor’s) said below scheduled land and three storyed building as described in the schedule below together with all their right, title, interest, hereditaments, liberties, easement, trees and fences etc. whatsoever in any way belonging to or reputed to belong therewith and makes over possession thereof unto and in favour of the Donee free from all encumbrances and charges whatsoever TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said below scheduled land and _____ storied building as described in the schedule below by the Donee as absolute owner there of, peacebly and quietly, with permanent, heritable and transferable right, and without any claim, objection, interference or interruption from the Donors or any person or persons claiming under them, subject to the payment of land revenue and other taxes to the superior landlord and / or other Lawful Authority as law may provide from time to time in future.

The Donors declares that they have not previously transferred their said below scheduled land and three storyed building as described in the scheduled below in any way whatsoever in favour of any other person or party nor he has created any lien, lease, mortgage, encumbrances, contract for sale or otherwise in favour of any other person or party respecting the said below- scheduled land and three storyed building as described in the schedule below hereby transferred by way of gift in favour of the Donee hereof.

The Donors further declares that they shall not, in future, revoke / cancel this Gift and / or this Deed of Gift, and that any such act or attempt in future by the Donor shall be void and not maintainable in law.

The value of the said below scheduled land and building as described in schedule below hereby transferred by way gift is assessed at Rs. _____________ (Rupees in word) only for the purpose of N.J. Stamps Duty, and N.J. Stamps have been tagged with this Deed of Gift accordingly.
