GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT I, ______________ son/wife/daughter of ____________, resident of ___________________, do hereby authorise, appoint, nominate, constitute _____________ son/wife/daughter of _____ Resident of ___________________ as My lawful General Power of attorney to do the following acts and things :-

WHEREAS I am registered owner of vehicle i.e. a vehicle ___________ bearing its Registration No. _____, Chassis No._____ and Engine No. _____, Model _____ I am unable to manage the said vehicle myself due to _____ and hence I have authorized said _____ son/wife/daughter of _____ Resident of _____ in respect of my said vehicle to do the following acts and things on my behalf:-

1- To ply the said vehicle on the road, to give the same on hire basis to any other person and use the same for earning the livelihood.

2- To appear before the court of Law any where in India on my behalf for getting the said vehicle released on superdari and for this purpose to move any application, furnish the surety bonds, to sign vakalatnama and to engage /appoint Advocates on my behalf and as well as to appear in any cases civil or criminal related to this vehicle.

3- To appear before the office of Regional Transport Authority any where in India and to contest the challan before the authority on my behalf.

4- To appear before the Registration authority for the purpose of obtaining the Fitness Certificate and for filing of the taxes etc. on my behalf.

5- To sell the said vehicle to any person and for this purpose to sign the affidavit for transfer , Transfer papers including Form No. 29 & 30 etc.

6- I hereby agree that all the acts, deeds and things lawfully done by the said attorney under this Power of Attorney shall be constituted as acts, deeds and things done by me and I hereby undertakes to confirm and ratify all and whatsoever the said attorney lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
